Petaluma Tiers and Wine Flight

Our Last wine flight boasted the elusive Penfolds Grange and Leeuwin Estate ‘Art Series’ Chardonnay.  This month we have an equally gorgeous Australian wine.  2000 Petaluma Tiers  Chardonnay drinking alongside 2008 Petaluma Piccadilly  Chardonnay.   Petaluma was founded by winemaker Brian Croser in 1976 and is led today by winemaker Andrew Hardy.  Petaluma wines are considered among the very best Australia has to offer, they continue this dominance by maintaining a focus on traditional wine making methods and painstaking care of vineyards. We were also lucky enough to secure a 1999 Museum release Hanlin Hill riesling directly from the winery which you can drink a glass alongside of their latest 2010 release Hanlin Hill riesling.
