On the evening of July 3rd at 7pm, Sails Beach Restaurant Noosa will present a five course menu with matching wines, hosted by Nick Lane, Cloudy Bay Winemaker.
While the focus is on the flagship pinot noir, the perfect match for our sumptuous duck dish. The night will include both a single vineyard oaked ‘Te Koko’ sauvignon blanc and their flagship wine Cloudy bay Sauvignon blanc.
This event, launches the “Pinot and Duck Trail” national program where restaurants Australian wide join in offering a main course of duck and a glass of Cloudy Bay Pinot at a special price. The menu has been created to match each of the wine courses.
