Sails Restaurant Noosa Wine List
The Sails' wine list has been an evolutionary process as the Restaurant matured and grew.
Our venue houses the largest selection of wines on the Sunshine Coast.
The wine list has been developed with two very important factors in mind; firstly to guarantee the best provenance for our wines from grower, to cellar, to customer; and secondly, to provide an extensive choice for our customers.
Over the past twelve years we have catalogued more than 500 wines into our inventory. We are passionate about the correct storage of wine and our preference is to purchase stock immediately upon release and cellar them until they are ready to be enjoyed.
In 2010 we set about to ensure that any wines sold under $60 were of a high quality and as such tried a portfolio of more than 200 wines to ensure they were list worthy. At Sails you can be guaranteed that regardless of the price tag you will be drinking a quality product.
