Our Boutique Wine Cellars
To ensure impeccable provenance of our wine, cellars are maintained at an ideal environment where wines are kept on average at 16˚ Celsius and 65% humidity.
Featured are some vintage runs from producers who consistently reach a high level of quality in variety and style.
Aromatic Wine Cellar
This cellar is located on the Restaurant level, and houses only light style whites. These are younger wines that are intended for drinking in the first few years of their life-span.
Chardonnay Wine Cellar
This cellar is located underneath the Restaurant, down two flights of stairs, and is a central working cellar; and all stock is delivered here. It houses our chardonnays and NV champagnes.
Rumba Wine Cellar
Located at basement level is our wine bar, Rumba. It is the largest working cellar and stores all of our red wine, dessert wine and vintage champagnes.
