Sails Restaurant has three climate controlled cellars to accommodate the broad range of wines available on our wine list.

To ensure impeccable provenance, the wines are kept in an ideal cellaring environment averaging 16˚ Celsius and 65% humidity.

The wines are chosen by our Sommelier and range from well known Australian, European and New Zealand brands through to small boutique wineries from all over the world.
